Women on Target or other Female oriented events

I am a nurse, a firearm instructor and male. The folks with whom I work are primarily nurses, firearm ignorant or novice, and female.

Any suggestions on helping these folks enter the shooting sports if they choose to?

I have offered several familiarization classes for these folks with some success but I think they would be more comfortable in a female oriented environment.

If you have a wife or gf you can ask her to help teach or find another female who likes to shoot and see if she can help or try doing a couples class for your coworkers so they have someone with them that might brake the ice for them
