Woman using phone while driving gets 90 days in jail plus a 2-year ban on phone usage

This to me is an utter outrage. I'm willing to bet that if she had unintentionally killed someone with a gun instead of her vehicle, the sentence would have been much harsher. The victim and his family have received no justice whatsoever. Link Removed

Since cell phones are not allowed in prison, it should be 20 years of no cell phone.

This sentence is outrageously lenient. I rode bikes for 42 years, and had my share of idiots behind the wheel. One in my lane coming the opposite direction required a dive into a guardrail. Even that wasn't pretty.
