Almost sounds like she is following some of Joe Biden's spectacular firearm advice.

I think the kids were inside the room with the grandmother; not outside the room.

Be sure of your target and what is beyond it. I feel confident that even my kids would be able to point out what she did wrong here.

I will never understand why anyone, but especially trained police, would shoot at something they are unsure of. Anyone so high strung they shoot at shadows or noises, unsure as to where they are coming from, really shouldn't have a gun.
