Wisconsin CC question

On the map of this site, "permits honored by state," click on Wisconsin and it shows Montana permits honored. But all other resources I've read that Wisconsin doesn't allow any conceal carry. Is the map wrong?

The nice thing about living in FL: We have decent cocealed carry laws, Milwaukee beer, Johnsonville brats, Green Bay Packer bars and no more 5th season of the year: the slush season.
