Hi, I have been searching hi and low and can't find a whole lot on the new law here . i am curious about reciprocal agreements with other states and so forth.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

For Kansas this information is posted on the Attorney General's website ... you might check there for WI.

A list still has to be created by DOJ as to who WI will recognize....but according to the new law they will recognize any state that requires a background check prior to issuance of a permit.

As to which states may recognize the WI permit...from Link Removed

Received this from an assistant to Senator Grothman:

Likely list of states that will recognize the WI license.

How soon reciprocity is achieved in any individual state will depend on the legal mechanism used by that state to establish reciprocity. In some states , current laws will automatically grant reciprocity if certain permit conditions (classes, federal background checks, etc) are met while some other states will require some sort of legal action , either legislation or Adjutant General actions, to allow reciprocity.
