I haven't seen any Eastwood flicks in a long time, but he is a libertarian, so he probably handles firearms in his personal life from time to time.

Kurt Russel always seems to do a good job (another Libertarian) and Val Kilmer was pretty good in Tombstone too. He only drew when he was ready to use it, and I can only remember one scene where he drew and didn't fire.
