Where’s everybody at

A few months ago Luke stopped the politics section on this site and started a new site that covers Firearm politics and regular politics for everyone to use to submit their opinions concerning both subjects and my question is WHERE’S EVERYBODY AT.
.
Prior to the new site being implemented I noticed a far larger number of inputs here and I would like to see the same number of people giving their opinions and concerns again on the new site.
.
If you felt you were being degraded or attacked on the site that used to be here well, I hear you, but soldier on and join the new site to further the communication with the other members.
.
So I’m asking everyone who’s a member of this site, come over to the new site and let’s talk about Firearm politics and politics in general. Look forward to reading your posts.
.
Here’s the new site:

As you have noticed, the new site is not very popular and has far less participation. Things were much better under the old system and there seems to be a reluctance to bother now. We had a good thing once.

With out the like notice it is hard to follow and with all the pop ups about Obama's Chevy trucks, it just aint worth it some times, maybe at night when I can sleep but really it is a waste of time. Other sites out there that allow absolutely no B.S. and are brand/type specific are nice but with out the like button and the pop ups WHY?

For me, it's not about the URL being moved for us to be allowed to discuss certain topics, it's that we have to submit to being allowed in the first place, absent some fairly blatant and obvious violations of the rules.

And why would any regular participant in the former Politics and 2A Politics forums want to go stand in the specified corner to discuss topics on which they contributed thousands of posts already anyway? The posts of mine that were wiped clean from existence on the www represented hundreds, if not thousands, of hours of research and writing. Unlike some folks, this is/was the only forum I frequent on a regular basis, and so none of the research and writing that I contributed can be referred to, linked to, cited or quoted by me or anyone else now. Luke said he was going to restore those two forums either here or Link Removed when several of us complained about that fact. He hasn't, and he's made two URLs to his own sites less informative, less substantial and less interesting because of it.

Any other questions?

ETA: And just for poops and giggles, I went to see what might draw me back over there. I found at least 90% (probably more like 98%, whatever) of the threads over there started by opsspec, and the overwhelming majority of the remainder started by Stenchgun under a different user name or Gryhound, both leftists, both as annoying as anyone who got the forums deleted in the first place (in fact, I'm pretty sure that Stench was a major cause of it), and all three being people whom I avoid interacting with with very few exceptions like in this thread where I'm responding to opsspec.

Bottom line opsspec, you couldn't hold people's interest when you were posting here at the main site, and you obviously aren't garnering any interest at the new site, nor is the reason that the new exists in the first place inspiring any interest.
