Where to store gun when taking public transport to job which forbids guns?

If there is absolutely no way she can get something worked out on where to store the gun while on duty, then Tazer and Pepper spray would do, personaly I would go with the Tazer, more exspencive than pepper spray but does a better job, and cleaner, if the winds blowing you will not spray yourself

It's only better if you are only up against one person. Against multiple attackers, pepper spray is the way to go.

And open a whole new can of worms. The less people know the better off you are in some things.

Unfortunately, the usual "allowance" for bringing a firearm into a location where it is not allowed is to get written permission from a designated "official" at the location, which means the "can is now open"---ie: a firearm in a church must be approved by the congregation's president or equivalent.

I continue to disagree: There is very much power in the THIRD PERSON DISCUSSION.

As I previously stated, it CANNOT come back on her to ask 'FOR HER FRIEND.'

iE., "My friend who works here in janitorial services is very shy but has a CCW license. She has to take public transportation to get to work and is concerned for her safety. Being to shy to ask you herself, I told her I would for her: Is there a way for her to carry concealed to work and store her gun in the security office and pick it at end of her shift or some other arrangement?"

PLEASE tell me how this impacts our OP writers daughter's job?

Unfortunately, if the answer is yes and then she does come back and ask to store her gun, she could be seen as deceitful. Especially when no friend appears. I know the hospital where my mom works would definitely see it that way... they are a bunch of jerks.

She could, of course, ask for herself... "I want to make sure I respect the hospital's policies and stay safe." Or, get someone to ask for her.
