O'rielly commenting on gun control.

Guns, murder and the USA Bill is at least making some sense here, not 100% but close. I was watching court tv yesterday when the shooter was first shown in court, everyone was saying how 'sick' he looked and how 'out of it' he appeared. It was also stated that he has mental health issues in his past..In NYS they check for past mental health history im pretty sure, I know they ask about it on the permit app. That would be the only reason for notification to the gov't that I could possibly see, I am not even sure about that because it leaves room for interpretation on the gov'ts part. What I want to know is how was he acting when he was arrested??? Not after he was caught and booked and jailed. Having planned this for months he sure had more than enough time to prepare for what happened after, including possibly how he could act to make himself seem mentally unstable. He looked heavily sedated to me....not unstable.

If indeed he has had previous mental health issues then this is one more case that slipped through the professionals hands, every major mass murder suspect has been under some care and not a single professional spotted any danger signals, they all come out of the woodwork after the fact. Interesting.

In Maine part of the licensing process is a mental health record check with state agencies. So, all that inconvenience for us "sane" folks is for what?

yes i did even, tho your link doesn't work. I opened another window on my pc and posted my link in the wrong window...don't get your panties in a bunch...The police are associating him with the shooter because he ALSO attended the same movie WITH a gun, by his own admittance. And he had news articles about the murders in his car with him at the time he was stopped, and multiple weapons, SIMILAR to the Co. shooter. Those reasons are why he was compaired to the other guy...He wasn't just a man with a gun stopped for speeding.
