and that judge should sit a few nights in a jail himself imo

so glad someone had the compassion and empathic heart to over turn that ahole judges disastrous decision

Absolutely an example of abuse of power with the ability to not use any deductive reasoning let alone critical thinking. The judge should be tossed off the bench until he can prove capable of doing the job with both due process and reasoning.

I do not understand why the parents are not in jail for abandoning their family.

Typical liberal judge. Throw a kid in jail for truancy, throw a teacher in prison for prayer in schools, but let a child molester or drug dealer go free because the prisons are full.

Our judicial system is hopelessly broken....on purpose.

When judges have no one to answer to and are not held accountable, what do they have to loose? The system has been broken for years, it's about time we the people fix it. The politicians we elect don't seem to want to fix this. Of course most of them are lawyers so that kind of explains why.
