Wow, guess I'm the only fan of Nosler bullets on this poll. Very accurate for varmints and punching holes in paper but I shy away from their Ballistic tips for large game after a couple instances of bullets coming apart when hitting bone. Animals were anchored no problem but there was a lot of unnecessary meat damage. Luckily, I still have an adequate supply of the older Nosler Partition bullets which are second-to-none for reloading big game cartridges.
As far as manufactured ammo in most handgun calibers and bullet weights, I'd probably say Federal. That's what I use in my EDC and what my military and federal officer buds tell me is their department-issue brand.
