What did the NE learn from Hurricane Sandy...? Not much.

You got to love this. There is so much waste in this country. People throw away tons of food every week. Most could live thru a storm like this on what's in their pantry yet they go out an buy more only to throw away last week's groceries when they go bad. I love the couple quoted who have a baby "to look after". What do they buy at the store? Snacks. I hope that baby breast feeds...

I would be worried if a website with "SHTF" in it's name said good things about the tropical storm damage! I will go out on a limb, and not a white pine tree limbs which did not fare too well in my area when the storm hit, and say some people probably learned for the better. However, some people will not change and not learn from history, because this same issue happened a long time ago. A TV show I like quoted it nicely: "Noah was an insane man until the rains came!"

With some exception, naturally... too much of the NE is occupied by ignorant people that will never learn. Case in point, they live in the NE... heh.
