That bill is all great and dandy in principal, but the Supreme Court has consistently ruled that state legislation cannot invalidate federal law. Even if it passed, do you really think the ATF would just pack up and leave WA? No. So a bill like this really doesn't do much IMO.
On the other hand, and in good news, we did just pass a bill legalizing SBRs and the governor is expected to sign it. Hopefully by years end they will be legal. I'm still confused as to why SBSs were not included in that, but at least were chipping away at it.
