Signs like that can only bring you trouble. If, God forbid, you have to shoot someone... good luck claiming self-defense; the prosecution is going to paint you as a person just itching to shoot somebody. Don't advertise protecting yourself with a firearm... you may have done everything right and legal and still end up in prison. That's my 2 cents worth...
To nofrets1: I have a similar sign on my garage. I live in a rural area. The local sheriffs deputies, love it. Since I hung it I have gotten to know the deputies that patrol our area a little better...and they have gotten to know me. I think that is a big plus. They are on our side and feel we should all do what we can to protect each other. Even a silly sign.
Deputies are not the courts.

No, but you're way ahead of the game if the investigating officer doesn't arrest you. Unless, of course, the black guy is the one that dies... Then you're screwed, sign or no sign...
