Here is another good example of morons in charge. A county employee finds a loaded gun that was stolen in 2005 while cutting grass. He called police to report it but they didn't seem too interested so he kept it until his shift was over then drove to the police station and turned it in. He was commended for his action by the police but apparently his employer didn't like it. He was fired because policy does not allow employees to have firearms at work. That means no carrying of personal firearms while on duty not for finding one and hanging on to it until it can be turned in. So I guess it's better to let a child or gang banger find it than to do the right thing. What has happened to common sense in this country?

LOL. Very true especially looking to other retards for answers. There are 541+ in DC.

I wonder if maybe they were looking for an excuse to get rid of the guy to cut back on expenses and this was their aha moment.

This sounds like a situation that happened in England just a couple of years ago when a man looked out his back window and saw a black plastic bag on the ground inside his fence wall. He went out to see what is was. The bag had a shotgun in it. Someone had thrown it over his fence. So....he took it to the police station to turn it in, and he was immediatedly arrested for having an illegal firearm. There are morons every where.
