Washington Examiner is having a poll?

This report is backing up my thoughts that many people don't trust the police,and want to depend on their own firearms for their protection.
Most People who are not swayed by the Obama ant-firearm goons,know that the few stupid actions of a few half wits committing crimes with firearms, do not represent the majority of the honest law abiding firearm owners of America.
 
We need to start a campaign to require all stolen guns go through a UBC before the thief can take possession of any guns. Stolen guns are most often used in violent crimes. This may sound a bit loony but so is creating more laws on citizens that aren't creating the problem but get blamed for it. Gabby Gifford's husband tried to buy a gun on a straw purchase and was denied. How much time did he spend in jail? Right, left loonies get a pass.
 
One problem is in many cities it's a few worthless police officers, who take the Stolen guns,that are found and steal them and they sell them on the streets. Sure it's robbing stealing thugs who steal them,but then it seems no one is watching what happens to them.
I recall a Tulsa Oklahoma police a few years ago,who stole around 10 Glocks from the property room,and was selling them at a flea market.
When there is money to be made even cops are willing to get in on it.
