Speaking from experience (I was a Paranormal Investigator for 14 years), that is way to much energy. Even the first chair was to much. Now the shadow in the hall was interesting and would need much more investigation, but the rest, No. If this building really has this kind of activity it would be happening in the day time as well.
Someone set this up and just went to far with the activity.
