Sorry punks, castle doctrine and a shotgun means one thing....body bags and toe tags. I guess this kid didn't have it in his heart to take the lives of 2 neanderthals although they were trying to take his. SMFH. What is even crazier is the perps called 911 on themselves. Very odd story.

Two homeless men entered an Oregon home and started beating a man with a baseball bat early Wednesday morning, the Coos County Sheriff’s Office said.

Authorities responded to the home just before 3 a.m. to a report of shots fired — but it wasn’t the alleged aggressors who had fired them.

According to the sheriff’s office, the 23-year-old victim pulled out a shotgun and fired two warning rounds into the air after Joseph E. Killingsworth, 27, and Johnny R. Moore, 25, entered his home and started attacking him, KVAL-TV reported.

The two transients were armed with a baseball bat and several aggressive dogs, the sheriffs office said, adding that the men believed the victim had reported them to the Bureau of Land Management for trespassing.

Both allegedly took turns striking the victim with the baseball bat, causing extensive head, face and back injuries, authorities said, according to KVAL. In an attempt to escape he pulled out his shotgun and fired warning shots into the air.

The two homeless men, terrified, fled the scene and called police to report that they had been fired upon. They were subsequently arrested and charged with assault.

The 23-year-old victim was taken to the hospital for treatment, KVAL reported. His condition was not known.

My warning shots wouldn't have missed. If this story is really true, I cannot figure-out why the man who was getting beaten to death did not use lethal force. The 911 call would then have been made by him. Perhaps the perps and their two dogs had the physical upper hand and he couldn't target the vermin?

His choice (possibly), and unfortunately, he is suffering debilitating injuries. The pictures of those two pond-scum spawn, really tell a story, at least to me, even though I don't know the facts about them.

I use an AR longarm for the reason above; multiple home invaders. Sometimes evil comes packaged in multiples.

Our CIC and criminal government knows this, but would have law-abiding citizens disarmed, to be killed by murderous madmen.

Bag em Dano. Must be the state of mind in that area of the country. In my parts, we're talking serious lead poisoning. I guarantee a bat would of never touched me. "Tag & Bag Dano"

He is lucky they did not take it and shoot him. This guy needs to get rid of any firearms if he will not use them to prevent BGs from using them on himself and his family.
