This is a confusing story...how come the BG wins money. What is this? Push the button and you might win a prize?!? Toilet-style verdict...bah!!!:hang3:I don't know if it was a true story or urban legend, but back in the early '80's the story was something like this: Property owner has dog. Property is fenced. Sign on fence says, "Beware Of Dog". Bad guy hops fence with admitted intent to rob homeowner. Dog mauls BG. BG sues. BG's lawyer says that the property owner's Beware Of Dog sign was an indication that the owner knew the dog to be a threat. Also that the fence was not designed for BG's to stay out, but to keep the dangerous dog in. BG wins to the tune of 10's of thousands of dollars.
Last month when I was in El Paso walking alone. This creepy looking dude stopped his ratty old truck & just stared at me along a block & a half. My husband said I was just hoping he got out of the truck so I could shoot him.
Again not something 2 say in public. Gheese. I kept an eye on him & he was across the street so I would have had plenty of time 2 draw & warn him back. Im not trigger happy. Haven't shot at anyone yet. But I was ready I think he saw that. For some reason my hand kept vigil at my hip.
