Want to rent office or shop space for gunsmithing business near Chicago

I am looking to rent small office or shop space in a gun friendly town near Chicago, such as Des Plaines or Wheeling Illinois to expand my gunsmithing business. Land Lord must give approval to the ATF so I can get my Federal Firearms License.

In addition to the rent I'll give you all your guns, ammo & shooting gear at wholesale cost.

Thank you. I certainly am looking for something further North, but beggers can't be choosers. I am weighing alot of options but it's hard finding a small place in my budget.

Bump 'cause I am still looking.

I found some spaces 1,000 sq ft but I am really looking to keep my budget around $500 or $600 a month at about a buck a sq. ft. Remember I'll also give you all your shooting gear and guns and ammo at wholesale cost.

I'm looking at Wheeling or Desplaines. Maybe even prospect heights or Mount prospect.

Nobody has any realtor friends who specialize in small commercial / industrial?

Nobody knows of any shooters who might have some small shop space to sub lease?

Maybe someone has a secure yard where I can park a modular office?
