Walther P22 improved

Went on vacation up to Ohio to see my dad and while I was up here I made some improvements to my P22. Found a scope mount at a local gun shop, the Sportsmans Den, at a great price so I picked it up with a red dot. What you guys think...

I'm interested in knowing if you're going to take it to the range and if it will improve the tightness of your groups. Let us all know.

I'll be taking it to the range soon and let you know. I shot it at my dads while I was up on vacation and it does seem to help. The red dot is alittle heavy so I'm going to get a decent reflex sight as soon as I have the money.

By the way, even though they are mostly good pistols, am I the only one who is bothered by the location of the mag release switch on the trigger guard of Walthers? Because of that, it takes two hands to drop a mag, and that can make reloading slower.

Ya it took a little getting use to but I can release the mag with one hand no problem now. Not sure if I would buy a carry gun with this type of mag release but I guess like anything else you practice with it enough it becomes second nature.
