I saw the video. The kid was playing drill team at the back of the store. I didn't see him point that thing at anyone. Shoot first and ask questions later...kill em' all and let God sort em' out. If I hear another bs LEO jabber about how dangerous their damned job is I think I would need to ask them to quit if they think every person they walk up on is potentially someone they have to kill. What a God awful way to view a fellow human being. There is an option...think about the fact you are getting ready to kill someone...then ask, is this the right thing to do...ah what the hell...just go ahead and shoot. That's what you wanna do anyway. And I was like pew pew pew pew...pew pew pew.

While being grossly negligent and his intentions unknown, did the guy even do anything technically illegal? When shot he had the rifle pointed at the ground and was surprised by the officer's yell, and it looks like he was about to run when they fired.
