You mean like the Photographer and Baker that wouldn't service gay couples due to their beliefs?That was one ignorant or rogue employee, not "WalMart." And it doesn't violate any part of the constitution and wouldn't even if it had been done pursuant to WalMart policy. But never let the facts get in the way of an alarmist gun forum post.
No, the OP is about constitutional gun rights or freedom of expression verses civil rights. Big difference. Walmart can refuse to print anything they want and can also refuse to sell ammo; just as long as they don't refuse for a reason that violates someone's civil rights... ie: handicapped, gay, muslim, etc. As a private corporation on privately owned property they are within their rights. And I support this. But this isn't a Walmart policy. They sell shotgun ammo a hundred feet away.
