I apologize in advance, but I’m having a hard time sympathizing with the hit and run 'victim' in this situation.
Seems to me me that he got exactly what he was looking for...'Trouble'.
He was the one who attacked both the taxi driver and the vehicle.
Then he wonders how he ended up being a speed bump??
