The above quote is the "hint". The other "hint" is, from a geopolitical or war strategy point of view--who cares?

There are many countries where the overwhelming % of the population are homogeneous as far as race, original nationality (limits on immigration and the standards for same), education, social responsibility etal is concerned. Is it really necessary to explain this in more direct terms?
