Value for a limited edition Sig?

I've been googling trying to determine the value of a gun that's going to be available at an auction this weekend. They say only 50 were made which I'm sure is part of the reason why it's so hard to get a value. The description says it's a "Sig Sauer American Eagle LE #39 P228". It sure is pretty... but I sure don't want to overpay for it either. What do you guys & gals think?

"Get yourself a Glock & lose that nickel plated sissy pistol".

That weapon is intended to be hung on the wall. Not a working weapon. (Nice looking piece, defiantly a good collectible)

Oh I'm sure she would fire and be accurate...You would find yourself worrying she would get scratched...You will find yourself hunting a lined holster for her...

I have two Colt Pythons. One nickel, one blue. The nickel one has only been shot six times....The blue one I can't even guess how many have gone through her....

The nickel Colt Python is in a glass presentation case on the wall.
