Gander Mnt in New Hartford, NY (near Utica) is hosting the Utah Pistol License class once a month. Call (315) 732-0873 for details. This 4 hour course will allow NY residents to carry concealed in 29 other states. IT is not a substitute for a NY pistol license. You do not have to have a NY license to take this class. You will need a NY license to buy a gun, though!!
Cost is $65.25 Utah fee plus $65.00 processing fee,, $130.25 total
