USPO Carrier Caught on Security Camera

Mark Anderson of LaGrange, Georgia set up a personal security camera feeding into his YouTube account, mostly to keep an eye on his ailing mother when the family wasn’t home. However, today it caught a U.S Postal worker taking a nice break. Mr. Anderson was expecting a package to be delivered to his home while he was at work. After a meeting at his office, he decided he’d see if his package had indeed made it to its destination. He was shocked to see a US postal truck on his lawn, right at the steps of his front porch. The video showcased a female worker, in a pink shirt and dark slacks hauling herself out of the government vehicle and walking the entire three steps to the porch, flinging the two lb. three oz. package onto the porch. Mr Anderson posted the video feed, shared it with about ten people, who, of course shared it and posted it, and so on… Since Thursday, it has been viewed a whopping 200,000 views on his personal youtube account.

He says he didn’t post it or share it to get the worker fired, he only wishes her to be reprimanded in some way. The weather appears to be beautiful, and it wouldn’t have taken too much time or effort to walk the short distance from his driveway. Seems this lady thought it would be. This may not turn out very well for the worker, but hopefully, everyone learns a lesson from this.

NEVER think you aren’t being watched, especially in this day, and in these times. You could very well be making headlines before your day at work is done. Here’s the video from Mr. Anderson’s camera.

[WATCH]: Caught on Security Camera - The Free Patriot

There are five cams ready to take your photo when they detect motion. Just a little hobby.
Also a couple at Arizona, and one on the Jeep to record trips.

I too have cameras, front porch, side porch driveway and back yard. One of the first things I did was talk to my postal carrier and let him know that when we receive packages, if he could put them to the left of the mail slot we would appreciate it, as the camera that is located up there can see it the best (hint hint) We've never had an issue :)

Love it... love the fact that people are taking their own security into their own hands.

One thing though, I wouldn't have been as nice. I would have demanded something be done to her. She turfed my lawn, threw my package and then at the end of the video she turfed through the entire width of my lawn rather than drive on the road. Nah, that wouldn't fly well with me and I would've shown the video to the police for charges to be filed on her and shortly thereafter went down to the postmaster general to ask if this is the proper way to deliver mail. Youtube has its place, but I would've gone the extra mile to see her disciplined.

This is one lady that needs a new job.

Along with the cameras that motion activate the clips are stored on a computer and a copy is sent to my email. If the electronics were stolen I'd still have copies of the event in my email.
Opening a door or window at night will also set of an alarm. That sets off the two little dogs, Which sets off me, and the .45 on the night stand.
I do have those "Smile, you're on camera" signs at the doors.
