Apparently the LAPD (LatinoAmericanoPoliziaDepartmento) considers folks using their cell phones while driving to be very serious felons that are a deadly threat to society in general.

I support the no cellphone usage while driving laws, but obviously I don't support police brutality. Slamming a women into the ground even once because she didn't get back in her car much less twice is ludicrous and I hope she owns LA after the lawsuit. Pick on someone your own size ya punks.
