Unarmed Road Rage Victim

Except for the fact that he couldn't be, at least not legally anyway. He was from Maine and the incident started in Maryland, where non-resident carry isn't allowed. Maryland prefers their victims unarmed.

I knew that, but if he was thinking he would have found a legal way around that.

Badly phrased question I guess. I should have asked how a citizen can find a legal way around the law.

Seems like Road Rage is on the rise again after a brief hiatus. I've witnessed an increasing level of aggressive driving in our area over the past few months for some reason.
