I just heard about Ulticlip

I think this guy just solved the problem of retention when not wearing a belt.

I don't think you understood the video. The Ulticlip is a heavy duty replacement for the metal or plastic clip of your holster. It is not a stand alone holster. Instead of lightly clipping around your belt, it clamps down tight on the fabric of your pants so when you draw the holster does not come out with the pistol.
