This is one well informed useful idiot. I looked up the murder rates for his awful city and from 2001 to 2011 the number of murders for the full decade was a whopping 3. Chicago was a measly 5,600.
I think this guy would be happier in a modern "safe city" such as Chicago. He should move pronto.
