A Disabled Purple Heart Marine was shamefully groped and swabbed by overzealous TSA Agents & then again by State Capitol Security Officers recently in California while the decorated veteran was on his way to a Ceremony to honor him as 'Veteran of the Year' in his district.
Cpl. Kemnitz sustained severe injuries from an IED detonation while on duty in Fallujah, Iraq in 2004.
While traveling to Sacramento, to receive his award, TSA agents at Sacramento International Airport pulled him aside & forced him out of his wheelchair for additional and further invasive screenings.
When the TSA screeners ordered him to lift up his arms for a full body scan, the decorated veteran told the TSA agents that because of his very severe injuries, he could not lift up his right arm.
