What's the legality of carrying in a vehicle that is also occupied by someone in possession of illegal drugs? (My girlfriend has her medical marijuana card and i was wondering if me having my gun on me in the same car would make the situation worse)

If your GF has a card and doesn't have more on her than she supposed too, it's not an illegal drug. However if she's smoking it while your in the car with your gun thats another story. I should stress it's not an illegal drug FOR HER, that means it on her person or in her bag, not in YOUR glove box or console.
