Is it still legal to carry a shotgun or rifle in a gun rack on the back window of your truck in Texas? I know that it was okay years ago but now I'm back in Texas I need to now the current law.

legal, yes. smart, no. unless you are wanting to give your guns free to the guy who is going to break in....

I hadn't thought of it that way. Firearms are high on the list of things to steal in this area.
