Traveling from South Dakota to Florida

I will be traveling from South Dakota to Florida as I stated in the header. I plan on going South of Illinois and with my Enhanced Concealed Carry Permit I believe I should be able to go thru any state with no problems. Does anyone have any thoughts or concerns ?

Do you have a FL permit?

No, But my Enhanced South Dakota permit gives me reciprocity

Just as long as you stay out of IL you are good. Also there is a website I know where you can check:

True but that requires the cops in other states to know the law.

That's an issue of course. You can be technically right, but still have to worry about hassle.

I’ve done it once before no issues but I wasn’t pulled over so guess that was smoother haha. I would just carry all the ppwrk you have and should be ok

Well this trip went without any concerns, I traveled over 4,000 miles and not one hassle.

Sounds great but without pics it never happened. And with pics it still may have never happened.
