Too many holsters, not enough information

I've got a Vertical shoulder holster for my G21, and I basically like it. It sure could use some improvements though.

I've started looking for a replacement (vertical shoulder), but almost all the ads I see don't give the kind of information I want, and there are lots of ads out there. I'm coming to the conclusion the thing to do is do my own custom rig. Is anyone selling an assemble-your-own-custom-rig holster system?

Or you can do it the expensive way that many of us do and fill drawers with holsters that aren't quite right.
