Everyone I know that is going has either taken the day off or is paying their own way. If anyone has any information about the "big gun companies" that are behind this, let me know.
Someone said SEIU Union members won't have to take a vacation day to demonstrate. Sound to me like a contract violation to create a pro gun control demonstration, but we can not verify that.
If they don't get the response from SEIU members, they may have to fall back to ACORN tactics and fill the buses by offering free crack and cigarettes to the homeless.
