I have checked and could not find this subject on topic or off topic. We are outnumbered greatly by China. China is the real threat. The numbers are not impressive, they are down right scary. If anyone has time for this it is well worth the effort for us to know our enemies. Fit for Service, Military age, active and reserve is: 618,000,000, aircraft 5,176 and one new air craft carrier. Purchasing power, wow . . . $10,000,000,000,000 (2011). Defense Budget: $100,000,000,000. USA, downsizing. USA. Try to find something with Made in the USA. Sourse Global Firepower - 2012 World Military Strength Ranking Hope folks care.

NotTwo, I have to agree. I was in Wal-Mart the other day looking for light bulbs and a new 12 in?? fan. Could not find anything made in USA. What worries me most is most of Chinese industry is owned & operated by the Chinese Army. WE are supporting the Chinese military establishment, all to save a few cents.

The Bible gave us this insight approximately 2,000 years ago in describing the army (200,000,000) of the kings of the east crossing the Euphrates to fight the battle of Armageddon around the second half of 2018. At the time of this "revelation" there weren't 200,000,000 people on the entire planet. Sign of the times for sure.

What American company's name was on the box? did you write them and tell them how you felt about them using Chinese to make their product? did you tell Walmart that you wouldn't be buying anything in its stores?

Do you think the Chinese came over here and kidnapped all the company execs, forcing them to move their production out of the US and over to China?

Believe it or not, there are much greater threats to this nation than China. Washington D.C. is that greatest threat of all. If D.C. were right, China wouldn't be an issue.

We have been our own worst enemy.

I have been saying the same thing about China since the early 90's.
China is indeed a very serious threat to our nation.
It has been for quite some time now.
We have nobody to blame but our own government and ourselves.
We and our parents have allowed our own government to sell all of us out.
Our corrupt politicians have slowly but surely eroded everything that our troops & our forefathers have fought & died for.
But most people will look at you cross eyed whenever you dare to state this fact.
Most Americans think that we are undefeatable.
That arrogance will ultimately be our downfall.
The Chinese train their standard infantrymen as well as we train our special forces.
Our infantry is not as thoroughly trained in hand to hand combat & knife fighting skills as the Chinese are.
The Chinese have more money.
The Chinese have WAY more active troops.
The Chinese have ALL of our technology (including stealth).
The Chinese also have plenty of Nukes.
and last but not least...
The Chinese have both the Resolve and the Will to Fight.
What about our young American generation today?
Does our younger generation today have both the 'resolve' and 'the will' to fight to the death nowadays?
Will this undisciplined, gangsta rapping, spring breaking, booze binging, teen sexing, athiestic, partially effeminized youth of America be; ready, willing and able to defend this land from a very large number of foreign invaders like the highly disciplined Chinese??
Can we expect God to be on our side yet again?
Have we as a nation not collectively turned our backs on God?
Do we not allow the blaspheming of the name of Jesus Christ almost everyday?
Things are not looking good folks.
Hold on, because it's going to be a very bumpy ride in the near future i.m.h.o.

I know many people who checked Wal-Mart for goods not made in China.
To do that you gota' look around the cosmetics. Also some soft drinks.

It is upsetting to realize all we (USA) have lost to emerging markets.
This happen in the 70's with Japan. Not only were they making products like China
but also buying up land all over America.
And what did The American People do then? Went on a buying spree with Japanese cars.
Everyone complaining about Japan but driving around in their cars.

Then the bottom came out of the Japanese economy and we recovered.
I don't see that happening , that way, again.

As to the 1929 stock market crash. It took years and WWII pulled us out.
Some Historians state different but people who lived then swear to it.

I am encouraged by the great enthusiasm. I have been complaining about the foreign made goods since the early 1970’s when I attempted to buy a pair of American made rubber work boots. I was informed by the proprietors I could not afford the Goodyear or other made in the USA product I was searching for. At the time, I was an equipment operator and could buy what I wanted for the most part. I am still searching for the Made in the U.S.A. label and flag. If we all keep pressure up on the both houses, of Reps both state and in D.C. along with the retailers of the merchandise we may cause some trouble. Why can we not have all imported goods labeled not only with country of origin but also with a large flag on the very front of the product? If we have this mandated, it is possible to turn folks off. A great big red Chinese hammer and cycle with the stars may help. I do not know but it is worth a try. If a state were to mandate the labeling with a flag, I am sure the attorney general would sue. It would be profiling? As to this generation, I do remember my Dad telling of his generation’s problems with the Jitterbug, Zoot-Suitors and the downright moral decay as related to him by his father. I too have my issues with today’s kids however my kids were brought up to hold America dear to their hearts and the current grandkids are doing as well as I could hope for. I had the 60’s craze under my Dad’s skin, the long hair and the racked 56’ Chevy with no bumper. We may not make it another nano second but we must keep on trying. Otherwise, folks would not be posting this stuff and reading. Just take your kids and family to the range, church (If applicable) and to the town hall meetings. Make sure the first day of their 18-birth day they register to vote and know not only how but why. As long as we are able to ***** about issues and not be arrested, we have hope.
