Thomas Dunikowski shoots at rowdy mob of teens. ~Why haven't we heard of this story?~

~The Dude Abides~
When a group of teenagers began to kick parked cars and rip open bags of garbage on a quiet street in Marine Park, Brooklyn, on Saturday night, a few residents ventured onto their front lawns and yelled at the group to leave. Others stayed indoors and watched from windows.

One neighbor, Thomas Dunikowski, 30, went further. A recent arrival on the block, Stuart Street, he got into a scuffle with one of the young men. Then he retreated into the house where he lived with his young family.

The next thing the neighbors heard above the shouting of unruly teenagers was rifle fire.

From an upstairs window, the police said, Mr. Dunikowski fired a semiautomatic rifle into the street, wounding at least two teenagers on the street below.

Maybe the teens will be a little more respectful in the future. Nah, who am I kidding.

I'm surprised they didn't use him as the "poster child" to falsely depict gun owners. We got lucky. What an imbecile. He deserves to loose all his weapons.

It's Brooklyn, who ARE you kidding? Lol

I don't think they've taught manners in that city for decades.
NYC is one of the most cold, unforgiving cities you can imagine. In fact it's now a city of foreigners. In certain areas of Brooklyn, gunfire is a regular thing. Just stay quiet and you can hear a couple of shots per hour on any night... which says that gun control is really working... WHAT!!!!!

This incident occurred June 20, 2011 long before Newtown and long before anyone was willing to bite into gun control. At the time this just wasn't news worthy enough to capture a nations attention. Had this occurred post Newtown they (the anits) would have been all over this like stink on sh!t and yes he would have been the poster boy from hell for sure.
