They British Called, they want their guns back!

Ive said it on every other forum this was posted on and Ill say it here.

I dont feel the least bit sorry for them. They didnt fight then and they are not fighting now...

When they do, Ill support them.

Hate to say I told you so...

I suppose it's nice to see such an anti-gun gov't is beginning to wake up and smell the BS and realize they traded away their liberties for nothing in return.

Hopefully, the U.S. won't slip that far into a coma before we wake up and claim what is rightfully ours back from the "authorities" we've elected - and that would be our liberty.

Good post - thanks for sharing.

But how can that be?!?

Britain has not only taken away guns, but they have become the world's most surveilled nation:

UK is a surveillance society - Boing Boing

So, no more firearms, extensive video monitoring, incredibly intrusive data collecting, increasingly socialistic government = huge increase in violent crime, including gun crime. All of these things, which many Americans have now, wittingly or unwittingly signed on for (oops, I mean voted for), and they are becoming less safe. Weird.

Got that right AllAmerican,
"I dont feel the least bit sorry for them."
U know they will probably say the very same about us
voting for changes we knew would be 2nd hostile.
BTW the Brits don't need guns to kill, since guns went down
more folks are getting killed with knives than when guns were legal for some.

I would like to think we would not make the same mistakes they did but observing the cult like following that Obama has I am not so sure of anything now. If a majority of Americans can vote for this Marxist then we are in real trouble.

The British Called.

One British subject summed it up when they said they were ambivalent six years ago, and now they are not safe. You do not make a populace safe by taking away the means of defense from the law-abiding people. I pray we do not make the same mistake here. What I fear even more is that this last election has sounded the death knell for our right to keep and bear arms.

From my cold dead hand. - Charlton Heston

Me neither. I haven't seen British or Australian gun owners put up a big fight or organize. Our alphabet soup of pro-gun lobby organizations is a big part of what shields the Second Amendment from being chopped up and eaten by the antis.

When Commonwealth gun owners start marching and come up with creative forms of protest, they can count on more support from Americans. Otherwise, they're a bunch of whiners. We've got too much to worry about on our own turf right now.
