He is the "green" president, don't ya know? In addition to so-called green energy, he really, really likes to spend our (not his) green money. He could not pass muster as a tater tot in Irish stew.

From all accounts that I heard, having a green coloured fountain on St. Patrick's Day came from his days in Chicago. He brought it to the WH.
