"The Stupidest Thing I Have Ever Done."

We all do dumb things. Question is if this person is so anti-establishment why did he get a permit in another state?

It read he ended up not, having a permit to in another state. I wonder if he really did forget? Or was he planning something else, got caught with it, then panicked and changed his story? Seems strange to me.

I don't think carrying a gun into a courthouse, is the best way to stand up against laws. Just my .02.
Carrying a gun illegally to the empire state building is not either. But Ryan Jerome is a hero on this site. As is the guy who was arrested at the NYC airport. I just don't see the pride in the latter two and the disdain for this guy (except for his occupy activities).

I don't know many laws from other States but I would guess that most if not all States disallow firearms in a courthouse. In NY a man gets arrested for having a gun in his hotel room, which is legally considered his residence. Come to my State and you can OC or CC almost anywhere without a permit. Get caught with a gun in the courthouse and you better have your favorite pillow with you because you won't be going home for awhile. Why are they looking at ways to excuse this man? Is it because he is an occupier? You are going to court for attacking a cop and you FORGOT you had a gun? Look, either this guy intended harm or he truly forgot and he needs a keeper. Either way it involves a locked door and someone else with a key.

I didn't see the Tea Party defacating on police cars, doing all sorts of vandalism and law breaking.
To equate them with the Tea Party is a real streeeccchhh!
