The Second Amendment Just Took a MAJOR Hit in Federal Court

This week, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ruled that New York’s controversial gun-control law, the SAFE Act, is constitutional. The SAFE Act greatly restricts what types of guns can be owned and substantially limits how and when guns can be transferred to private citizens.

Actually, it wasnt the 2nd Amendment that took a hit.... It was the credibility of the "courts"..... When the "law" no longer applies to the govt ( what is so hard to understand about "shall NOT be infringed"?), it no longer applies to us.... Time for a reset....

I believe statistics show that the 2nd has been "INFRINGED upon over 25,000 times already.

Yep, I was just pointing out that us lowly peons can no longer even have a shred of hope that the "courts" will get anything right..... Now, they have proven there is no justice to be found with the govt....

Something along the lines of:

Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.
