The Right Fit

I got my license to carry not to long ago and I need a holster for my Glock 27 for concealed carry. Can I just go down to like the store Acedemy or another outdoor store and hopefully buy a holster that will fit my gun and me or is there some better way? Thanks for the help.

Your best bet would be a Cross Breed Supertuck. It is by far the most comfortable holster out there. I got mine about 2 days after I got my CCW and I carry a full size Glock 22 with me every day, not a single problem and it hides the gun VERY well.

Another vote for the Crossbreed Supertuck here... It is by far the most comfortable and usable holster I have ever owned! I carry a Glock 26 (9mm version of the 27) every day and I LOVE IT!

I strongly recommend the "horse hide" with "combat cut"! You will NOT be disappointed! I bought mine without the combat cut then after about a month cut it myself. It is easier to just order it that way, my next one I will order combat cut!

add 1 more vote to the crossbreed. i carry a xd subcompact in .40 and love it in the crossbreed, but i will tell you pretty much anyone on here has the "drawer full of holsters".. but now that ive gone with the crossbreed, in my opinion nothing beats it. plus u get to try it free for 2 weeks or they will buy it back. i too have the horse hide, but failed to get the combat cut.should have tho!

As you can see, the CrossBreed SuperTuck has a tremendous following. That, combined with their trial period, makes it a logical place to start if you are thinking IWB carry. However, many cannot or choose not to tolerate IWB carry - it is definitely not for everyone.

Thanks for the help. I will go that route and get a crossbreed supertuck w/ combat cut first then if need to try something else I will later. Now if only I can find a small piece of land to buy and set up my own shooting range....

try texas. i know a few people who have their own here. im still waiting to get mine. if only $$$ grew on trees!
