Point? or No Point?

I see nothing wrong with this commercial what so ever. It shows a man with his family and wanting to protect what he has, with a gun, and that's wrong ???. BUT the NFL will allow a bunch of beer or alcohol commercials and not think anything about it ??. Alcohol of any type kills more people than guns do. Can we say double standard here or lack of common sense, or both ??.

Alcohol brings in more tax dollars then firearms, So our so called elected gov't makes more cash to take away our rights thru influence. Think about it!

Try to watch any Sunday football game without seeing an erectile dysfunction commercial. Try explaining what that means to your 7 year old son while watching America's most popular sport.

Add to that the live microphones they have at the sidelines and how many times have you heard the players swear during a game.

Add to that Janet Jackson having her top ripped off during a half time show.

Add to that the fact that Budweiser makes some of its biggest commercials throughout the football season... huh, they're owned by a Belgian company now. So much for being an American beer, on an American sporting event's commercial.

Add to that when Joe Theismann broke his leg on Monday Night Football. How many times did the NFL replay that injury? Holy crap, the man just broke his femur and they kept replaying it over and over and over again. But a picture of a scary rifle is TOO MUCH!! So, if it's not violence that is the problem, what is? Can you answer that NFL?

I think Colin had it right... sniff sniff... hypocrisy.

*sniff* *sniff*, I do believe that is not only hypocrisy....but a big batch of "bull butter" also. I applaud Colin, now if he could get his own commentary DURING the superbowl. Probably as much chance of that as that commercial getting to run. We (collectively the gun owners) are always going to have an uphill battle to preserve our 2nd amendment right. Such a shame this country has gone to a completely non democracy government to a corporation run by greedy, blood sucking parasites that are willing to sell any part of the US to the highest bidder. Shame there isn't a person that would run for president that would be worth voting for, we surely haven't had one worth a damn in long time. The last three left a lot to be desired.....present company included. Just my 2 pennies......rant over.
