Body armor is gender specific, lightweight, trauma plate/pad (hard or soft), concealable carrier, tactical vest, undergarment (white), identification patches, accessories (6 pouches), body armor carry bag, and professional measurements."

My 2 cents:

The 6 pouch and tactical vest requirement description on this USDA quote confirm that these are ASSAULT vests. They're what troops wear in an attack evolution. This is a full military-styled kit, not designed for typical defensive security work.

OH it's a comin, just a matter of when, let me ask this. Are there any departments left in the federal government that are not armed to the teeth. The USDA for crying out loud. Not long ago a poster posted a law that was signed by Obummer referring to Marshall law giving the feds legal right to confiscate any or all property needed by the federal government in the event Marshall Law was declared. Hell, makes sense to me. USDA needs to have it's goon's to inspect and then confiscate so that they don't have to wait for local LE because by this time the locals are going to have their hands full and the Washington elite have to be fed nothing but the best.

Our govt has put this country so far in the red and they know there is no way of ever paying it's creditors so the banking cartel paid brown shirt goon squads are going to be coming after everyone's personal property, IRA's, savings & checking accounts, stocks & bonds etc and that is what will make people see red and shoot the fed.

Along with an economic meltdown food will be scarce at least in supermarkets, water treatment plants may stop, electric generating plants may stop so it will be total chaos in the streets. Time to declare martial law and those that disregard will be shot on sight. I would assume to see foreign soldiers on our soil at this time working in cahoots with the DHS goon squads. Occupation of FEMA camps will grow rapidly.

Better pray to be raptured before God's judgement on America starts.

Of course. If I'd have thought about it a little more, I'd have realized that. The NDAA allows for the confiscation of any and all property including farms, livestock, food, water, and so on. Who better to know where it's all located? The USDA and FSA know where all crops, fruit trees, veggies, and livestock are located. They even have detailed topographical maps that show what particular crop is where at any given time. The maps also show all waterways, ponds, lakes, even little puddles.
And naturally some farmers and ranchers aren't going to take too kindly to their life's work being snatched away from them to give to someone else. The BLM has little to do with Kansas, but the USDA and FSA are another story.
