The Democrat Party

In short...millions of Americans are now deeply concerned that, if Biden takes over, our Constitutional Republic will then effectively cease to exist...which is something that SHOULD concern even those who voted for Biden...ya think??

Only those who plan on being left behind are shaking in their boots at the prospect of a Biden "or" Harris presidency, and rightly so. Anyone paying even half attention knows that our Constitutional Republic has already ceased to exist, and those who voted for Biden are too ignorant to be concerned. .

78 Year Old Joe Biden Has Many Concerned, In What Appears To Be A Clear Cognitive Decline

My Thoughts:

This is why his political team kept him out of view for the months prior to the election, so the country could see he's not running on all cylinders.

They kept him out of view because the election was rigged, period.

Joe Biden’s niece won’t spend time behind bars over DUI charge

In an incident seldom covered by the mainstream media, former Vice President Joe Biden’s niece, Caroline, was arrested in Pennsylvania in 2019 and charged with driving while under the influence of controlled substances after she wrecked her vehicle into a tree.

Now, more than a year later, Caroline Biden has finally been delivered a sentence for her crimes — but according to Fox News, she will avoid spending a single day behind bars thanks to a sweetheart plea deal.

Rather than endure what would normally be a jail sentence of 20 days to six months, Caroline Biden will instead serve just five months of probation, and be on the hook for fines and court costs incurred, as part of the deal reached with the county prosecutors, Fox reported.

“Should she then violate or break the law at any time, then she will be on the hook for the rest of the sentence,” Kate Delano, a spokeswoman for the Montgomery County district attorney, said of the plea deal, according to Fox.

A nice deal – if you can get it
According to Fox, the deal stems from an August 2019 incident that saw Caroline Biden crash her vehicle into a tree in Lower Merion Township in Pennsylvania. A search of Caroline Biden’s wrecked vehicle reportedly turned up two bottles of prescription medications.

A subsequent blood test showed that those drugs, as well as others, were in Caroline Biden’s system at the time of the accident, Fox reported.

According to People magazine, Caroline Biden was able to get out of jail for charges including DUI, driving without a license, and careless driving with a plea deal that gave her credit toward her sentence for 20 days spent in a rehab facility. The total cost of her fees and fines amounts to just under $2,000, People reported.

Caroline Biden was also ordered to participate in 12 hours of community service as well as a drug and alcohol awareness program, and had her license suspended for a year, according to reports.

Not her first rodeo
The New York Post first revealed in July, when Caroline Biden’s case was still pending, that this won’t be her first time skating past the consequences of her actions.

According to the Post, Caroline Biden had been charged in 2013 with assaulting a New York police officer following a domestic dispute with a roommate, but that charge was dismissed after she agreed to enroll in an anger management program.

Caroline Biden again dodged accountability in 2017 when she was charged with racking up $110,000 in charges on a stolen credit card. Her felony conviction in that case was tossed out, and she pleaded guilty to a far less significant charge of petty larceny that allowed her to walk free with no jail sentence, the Post reported.

Trump signs order allowing Durham team to use classified evidence in grand jury proceedings

President Donald Trump signed an order earlier this month that will allow U.S. Attorney John Durham to submit classified information to a grand jury as part of his probe into the origins of the infamous Trump–Russia collusion investigation.

In a memo to Cabinet officials, Trump said that in addition to being authorized “to declassify, downgrade, or direct the declassification or downgrading of information or intelligence that relates to his review,” Durham — an appointee of then-Attorney General Bill Barr — is now “authorized to use classified information as he deems necessary in connection with his review, including in a grand jury or other proceeding.”

“The Attorney General is currently conducting a review of intelligence activities relating to the campaigns in the 2016 Presidential election and certain related matters,” Trump wrote on Dec. 18, less than a week before Barr stepped down from his role as AG, as Just the News reported.

“On May 13, 2019, the Attorney General directed John Durham to conduct that review, which subsequently developed into a criminal investigation,” the memo explained. “On October 19, 2020, the Attorney General appointed Mr. Durham to conduct that investigation pursuant to the powers and independence afforded by the Special Counsel regulations of the Department of Justice.”

“It’s a sign”
In a video last week, Just the News editor in chief John Solomon broke down the move and what its implications might be.

“[This] means that the investigation is getting near a point where decisions might be made on indictments and therefore classified information needs to be shared with grand jurors,” Solomon said, noting that “it’s a rare thing for a president to sign such an order.”

“It’s a sign that the John Durham investigation, that many people have been waiting for for a long time, is revving up to a very important point — perhaps a point of accountability that many in the political world have been looking for for some time,” Solomon argued. Take a look:

Justice and accountability
Thus far, Durham’s probe has resulted in only one prosecution, with former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith pleading guilty in August to illegally altering an email about former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, according to Fox News.

Clinesmith’s attorney later said his client understood that “what he did was wrong and accepts responsibility,” Fox reported.

Less than a month after this year’s presidential election, USA Today reported that then-Attorney General Barr had made Durham a special counsel, providing investigators some “assurances that they could complete their work without regard to the outcome of the election,” Barr said.

With Barr gone and President Trump likely to soon follow, however, it remains to be seen whether more accountability will ever come out of Durham’s probe, which has gone over for more than a year and a half with little to show for it.

Virginia Governor’s Call for $4.8 Million and 18-man Force to Grab Guns Sparks Opposition

Virginia Governor Ralph Northam’s proposed budget demand for $4.8 million for an 18-person force to carry out his proposed assault-weapons ban is coming under fire from groups across the Old Dominion.

In response to the governor’s demands, pro-Second Amendment organizations are asking citizens of Virginia to attend public budget hearings around the state and to question state legislators if they intend to give the governor his gun-grabbing goons and whether they will vote to infringe in any way the right to keep and bear arms.

“We understand that this is short notice. But it would have a significant impact if many of our members could show up and make a 3-minute statement and ask questions of the legislators in attendance,” said the Virginia Citizens Defense League, as reported by the Washington Examiner.

“We see in the governor’s proposed budget that he wants $4 million and 18 new law-enforcement positions to enforce a ban on commonly-owned firearms,” said Erich Pratt, Gun Owners of America senior vice president, as quoted in the same story.

Once Democrats took control of the Virginia state legislature in 2019, Governor Northam accelerated his plan to disarm the people of his state.

Published reports claim that over 90 percent of the 95 counties in Virginia have passed some sort of resolution — all of which are non-binding — as a signal to the state’s lawmakers that they do not intend to go along with their government’s proposed gun grab.

The Constitution of the Commonwealth of Virginia contains an article in its bill of rights protecting the rights similarly protected by the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Article I, Section 13 of the Virginia Constitution reads:

That a well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the proper, natural, and safe defense of a free state, therefore, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; that standing armies, in time of peace, should be avoided as dangerous to liberty; and that in all cases the military should be under strict subordination to, and governed by, the civil power.

So, as with the U.S. Constitution, the right of the people of Virginia to keep and bear arms is explicitly protected against infringement by the state government. Yet, the governor of the state is asking the state legislature for millions of dollars and an 18-person force to do just that: infringe on the right to keep and bear arms.

As mentioned above, the resolutions passed by over 90 percent of the counties in Virginia are non-binding and as such have no teeth. That isn’t to suggest that they are useless and shouldn’t be passed, but the residents of those counties need to hold their local representatives’ feet to the fire and push them to pass binding statutes and ordinances refusing to cooperate with any attempt to deny the people of the county or city of their natural and constitutionally protected right to keep and bear arms. This is what must be done if Virginians are to maintain their weapons and to maintain their peace.

Advocates of the right to keep and bear arms are planning to hold a “lobby day” on January 20 in Richmond to communicate their opposition to the state government’s proposal to impose tighter regulations on the purchase, ownership, and use of weapons.

“With a number of extreme gun control proposals set to be voted on the next session, it is vital for as many people as possible to be at the capitol on January 20 to tell the Governor and his legislator allies that this is unacceptable,” declares a press release issued by the Gun Owners of America.

There is need for such urgency and such demonstration of resolve, for not only does Governor Northam’s budget call for the $4.8 million and 18-man force, but it asks for more than $2 million in additional funds to pay for 10 more employees to enforce various other gun-control proposals, including universal background checks, a one gun purchase per month limit, and “extreme risk legislation.”

And, nearly unbelievably, the governor’s budget requests $250,000 in additional funding for the state’s prisons so that they can be equipped to handle the increased population that will result from enforcement of the following proposed “laws”:

The removal of firearms from persons who pose a substantial risk to themselves or others; prohibit the sale, possession, and transport of assault firearms, trigger activators, and silencers;

increase the penalty for allowing a child to access unsecured firearms;

prohibit possession of firearms for persons subject to final orders of protection;

and require background checks for all firearms sales.

The governor reckons in his budget request that enforcement of each of those statutes will cost about $50,000 for the prisons.

From federal “red flag” regulations and Project Guardian pre-crime programs to state-based efforts to restrict ownership of weapons, the right of every man to protect his life, liberty, and property from tyranny is under assault from government.

Finally, I’m not one to bring up Hitler at every turn, but there is something very eerily familiar about the effort underway in Virginia to deny civilians the right to own certain firearms.

Within a week of assuming autocratic control of the lawmaking power in Germany, Hitler issued the following order regarding gun ownership:

The units of the national revolution, SA, SS, and Stahlhelm, offer every German man with a good reputation the opportunity to join their ranks for the fight. Therefore, whoever does not belong to one of these named units and nevertheless keeps his weapon without authorization or even hides it, must be viewed as an enemy of the national government and will be held responsible without hesitation and with the utmost severity.

And, in case there were any doubts about the seriousness of the severity, a newspaper entry announcing the edict informed citizens: “If we find military weapons or ammunition after 31 March 1933, we will be forced to proceed ruthlessly.”

Let’s learn from history and not allow tyrants to leave us deprived of the power to protect and preserve the liberty granted us by God.

Biden Lets the Secret Slip, We're All in Deep Trouble if This Guy Gets In.

Joe Biden was known for gaffes for 47 years. He was mocked even during the Obama administration for being so gaffe-prone as even liberal media like Politico acknowledged in 2009 when they didn’t feel they had to protect him to ensure Democrats’ power.

But throughout the campaign, it’s gotten much worse as his cognitive decline has gotten worse, with just constant gaffes and confusion.

On Tuesday, Biden was talking about how Kamala Harris, his vice presidential running mate, had taken the vaccine to instill public confidence in it (despite the fact she had previously attacked the concept of it, saying she would not take a vaccine developed under President Donald Trump).

But then he said the quiet part out loud about who really would be in charge.

Biden says: "President-elect Harris" took the COVID-19 vaccine to "instill public confidence."

This isn’t the first time they’ve spoken of a Harris-Biden administration or Biden has appeared confused about what position he’s running for.

Does Biden even know he ran for President?

Harris wasn’t the choice of the Democrats in the primary. Indeed, she flamed out early because even Democrats got that she was a flip flopper and had no center, that she just said whatever she thought she needed to, to get power. But she was a favorite of media and some establishment Democrats which may explain why she was the ultimate choice.

As we stand on the brink of this confused man potentially taking the most important position in the land. And what’s worse is that as bad as he would be in all his confusion, it’s hard to know who would be worse in that position, Harris or Biden.

We’re in deep trouble if this addled man gets in, either way. There’s no way 81 million people voted for this guy.

Amid claims of unexplained ballots, Pennsylvania officials unsure how many voted in 2020

The state of Pennsylvania is still uncertain just how many residents voted in the 2020 election, a state official revealed this week, amid allegations of discrepancies between ballots and voter rolls in the battleground state.

Pennsylvania was thrown back into the limelight this week when a group of Republican state representatives claimed to have found "troubling discrepancies between the numbers of total votes counted and total number of voters who voted" in the state last month.

"A comparison of official county election results to the total number of voters who voted on November 3, 2020 as recorded by the Department of State shows that 6,962,607 total ballots were reported as being cast," a press release announcing the findings said, "while DoS/SURE system records indicate that only 6,760,230 total voters actually voted."

SURE is Pennsylvania's Statewide Uniform Registry of Electors, the state's voter registration database. That databank is run by the state's Bureau of Election Security and Technology, itself administered by the Department of State.

The Pennsylvania State Department strongly disputed the representatives' allegations of mismatched vote totals, with spokeswoman Wanda Murren calling it "uninformed, lay analysis combined with a basic lack of election administration knowledge."

"This obvious misinformation put forth by [the representatives] is the hallmark of so many of the claims made about this year's presidential election," Murren continued, calling the allegations "wholly without basis."

Voter histories still incomplete for 2020

Multiple representatives who signed onto the analysis would not comment on its conclusions, pointing Just the News toward Rep. Frank Ryan, who appeared to have spearheaded the initiative. Ryan did not respond to multiple requests for comment.

But Murren in her statement and in interviews with Just the News revealed that, even as the year comes to a close nearly two months after the election itself, the state is still ultimately not in possession of the exact number of voters who cast a ballot in Pennsylvania this year.

In her statement disputing the findings of Ryan and the other representatives, Murren said: "We are unclear as to what data the legislators used for this most recent 'analysis'. But the only way to determine the number of voters who voted in November from the SURE system is through the vote histories."

"At this time," she continued, "there are still a few counties that have not completed uploading their vote histories to the SURE system. These counties, which include Philadelphia, Allegheny, Butler and Cambria, would account for a significant number of voters."

In email and phone interviews with Just the News, Murren confirmed that voting histories "are each tied to an individual voter" and that those histories are "the only way to determine exactly how many voters voted in the election."

Asked to clarify how the Department of State certified the election without apparently knowing how many voters ultimately voted in the election, Murren replied: "Each county certifies the vote totals for each individual candidate. The secretary's certification is based on the certifications from each county. In Pennsylvania, it is the counties that are authorized to administer all aspects of elections — from voter registration to canvassing the ballots."

Murren pointed to the Department of State's website, which lists just under seven million ballots cast in the election this year.

That figure is reflective of "the number of votes cast for each candidate," she said. "Those numbers come from the scanners. And those scanners are totally anonymous. It's just the votes cast for individual candidates."

"What the counties are doing now," she continued, "is strictly administrative. They are now going back and telling our database which voters voted."

"We don't know which candidates they voted for," she added of the administrative lists, as "those counts are already established" in the scanner tallies.

The number of ballots cast is not necessarily going to match up exactly with the number of all the voters who voted, Murren said. Still, the number of ballots on the state's website should be considered a rough estimate of the number of people who voted, she said.

"We have to keep in mind those people whose ballots were cast and not counted," she added. "That's going to be one of the differences. And there are people who cast a ballot and don't vote—not a lot, but it happens."

"This is not uncommon," she said of the delay, "and especially with the volume of ballots we had this year."

Pennsylvania has been at the center of much of the controversy since last month's election. The state was named, along with three others, in a major litigation effort by Texas and 18 other states earlier this month to delay the certification of the 2020 election results pending investigations into alleged voting irregularities there.

The state was also the site for what the Trump campaign legal team argued was a two-tiered voting system leading up to the election, with multiple counties adopting last-minute rule changes to ballot curing procedures and numerous other counties declining to change those rules prior to Nov. 3.

The state also weathered multiple accusations that election watchers and poll workers were stymied from properly surveying ballot-counting procedures and other election work.

Two of the localities Murren said have not yet submitted their voter histories — Philadelphia and Allegheny — are reliable Democratic strongholds. Philadelphia has reliably voted Democratic in presidential elections for decades, with the city itself voting 81% in favor of Joe Biden this year.

It’s unreal how many of these Democratic states that are having massive problems making sure that they aren’t using fraudulent votes.

Biden Team Disables Chat On Virtual Press Conferences After Reporters Ask Tough Questions

Democrat Joe Biden’s White House transition team has reportedly disabled the chat function on their Zoom virtual press conferences after invited journalists began complaining about the group’s lack of transparency.

As the Daily Wire reported last week, reporters were becoming “frustrated” with the Biden team — and Joe Biden himself — because the team appeared to have a slate of favored journalists who were always called up on to ask questions during the team’s virtual press conferences.

The “New York Times, CNN, Washington Post, PBS and Politico” were given the opportunity to ask questions of the team at nearly every press conference, while even mainstream media outlets like the Associated Press were shut out.

“Hey guys, there tons of folks looking to ask questions and since this is being done once a week, could we PLEASE go longer or at least hold more frequent briefings,” a reporter from the Daily Beast said in the chat of a Zoom press conference held last week.

“Any chance you can take a few more questions? There are a lot of folks here with questions,” Zeke Miller from the Associated Press added.

“Is there a point in saying we want to ask questions if you only call on the same small group every week?” another asked.

The system had a direct impact: Biden’s team rarely had to answer an unexpected question, particularly about touchy subjects, like an ongoing Department of Justice investigation into his son Hunter’s finances and foreign dealings. Biden has yet to answer questions on Hunter’s issues in any substantive way, and even then when questioned by late-night television hosts, not network reporters.

His team has a typical statement response to the question: “President-elect Biden is deeply proud of his son, who has fought through difficult challenges, including the vicious personal attacks of recent months, only to emerge stronger.”

After reporters complained in public about the situation, though, the Biden team didn’t take more questions, they simply shut down the chat, according to at least one reporter who was on the most recent virtual press conference Zoom.

“The Biden transition team appears to have disabled the public chat function on its transition zoom calls, a place where I and others had been routinely complaining to them to take more questions,” incoming Politico editor Sam Stein said on Twitter, per Fox News.

Biden’s team did not comment on the situation according to Fox, but the team did say, last month, that they value “transparency” and believe the press’s job is to hold Biden “accountable” during his tenure.

“He also believes, though, that it’s the media’s job to hold him accountable,” a spokesperson said. “He’s there to do the people’s work and he welcomes that relationship. He welcomes their role, the media’s role in our democracy and I think it will be, frankly, the polar opposite of what we’ve seen over the last four years…I think you’ll see a huge change in the culture in the way this White House treats the media.”

When a Party cheats in front of the entire world, what do you think they will do behind your back?

I think we all know the democrats cheated and they are going to do it again in Georgia for the Senate race. It is their way of life, they are low down thugs and criminals, who loot, burn, bully, lie, cheat and kill. And that is what is going to be running and ruining our country.

He will be out of office in two weeks. Show some patience Pelosi and Schumer!

I wonder if there are any Democrats in Congress who will condemn the riots of ANTIFA and BLM.

If they won't condemn the actions of these radical left organizations, then their words have no effect and they are shown for their hypocrisy!!!

It is a tragic thing that happened in America when the evilest can steal an election when they put an idiot up for election. There is a pedophile and a slut elected. The pedophile is also the village idiot and the slut is like Jezebel. The sad thing is that the republicans showed themselves as Democrats and would not fight. The republicans have destroyed their party by letting voter fraud win.

Once again the rotten to their very core democrats are screaming impeachment when there is NO crime committed just like the first BS impeachment. Pres. Trump did not tell anyone to attack the capital, and you can not legally infer that's what he meant, it doesn't work that way they have to have PROOF of a high crime or misdemeanor to legally convict a president not just because you don't like him. The democrats have become a hate-filled communist who sees the goal of complete domination over America in their sights they will do anything including lying, stealing, cheating and even killing to get what they better believe it.

Reparations coming? Sheila Jackson Lee reintroduces bill for exploratory committee.

Get ready, black Americans will probably soon get a check for the color of their skin. Let that sink in, NOBODY living has been effected by slavery yet the democrats and the black caucus will press for black Americans getting a check for the color of their skin. Not only is that a knife in the back to racial equality in America it basically is a finger in the face of Martin Luther King who's goal was all races are equal in America but in the democrats America some have more rights than others.

The rotten lying communist democrats aren't going to try and impeach the president for a crime because there is no proof he committed one and there will be no fact-finding or trial they'll just go straight to voting to impeach.
Just like the old days when democrats dragged a man to a tree and used a rope they will ignore the rule of law.
If you want to know why here is the answer, they want to stop him from ever running again for president....that's how afraid they are of Donald Trump.Impeachment could bar Trump from running for office.

Joe Biden Now Has Class A Felony Charges Against Him

Former Vice President, now Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden was formally indicted on a Class A Felony in Ukraine.

When he was Obama’s vice president, Joe Biden openly bragged about threatening the Ukrainian president that he would pull $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, which would send Ukraine into insolvency, if it did not immediately fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma Holdings.

Hunter Biden was on the board of Burisma.

“I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion.’ I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,’” Biden said in a Council of Foreign Relations gathering.

According to many on the right, this was a classic case of Quid Pro Quo – If you want this then give me that. The Gateway Pundit reported: “Biden used this strategy to end the investigation into the company that his son was on the Board of, and forcing the Ukraine to act accordingly in a time of duress.”

Below is video of Biden admitting his felony:

A week ago, NBC News reported that the recent Ukrainian investigation into Joe Biden had closed, stating: “Ukrainian authorities have closed a criminal probe into Joe Biden, who was accused of improperly forcing the ouster of the country’s prosecutor general in 2016, a police spokesperson said. The investigation was launched in February after the ousted prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, appealed to a court.”

Ukrainian law allows anyone to go to court and request an investigation if the State Investigative Bureau declines to open one on its own. According to Vitaly Shabunin, the co-founder of Kyiv-based watchdog group The Anti-Corruption Action Center, Ukrainian courts overwhelmingly order law enforcement to launch criminal cases even in the absence of evidence.

Wow, the Democrats on this one news site. That was talking about the lady who got shot in the Capitol building. They sure were brutal not one of them even said anything like it's too bad. All they have to say is she was a terrorist. She deserved to get shot so on and so forth. I mean not even one bit of compassion for a human being .but they're supposed to be so compassionate and considerate. They are so hypocritical it's sickening.

I get it the lady was completely in the wrong so was everybody else storming the building. That wasn't the point I was making, the point I was making is it's sad that she lost a life over something so stupid to be doing.
