Texas Gov Perry on CC

The other night the Texas governor Perry was on the Jimmy Kimmel Show, which he is doing in Austin this week.

Jimmy said that he "heard you shot a coyote while jogging one time, do you carry a gun when you jog?" Perry said he did shoot a coyote, but didn't elaborate on carrying a gun. Jimmy pushed it a bit and asked if he was carrying a gun now, to which Perry replied "you'll never know, because concealed is concealed" or something very similar.

Yep, CC is CC. That's what I don't get about some of the anti carry people. It's concealed, how's anybody gonna know?

Well, when your gun jumps out of the holster all by itself and starts shooting everyone in sight, then they'll know.

As a Texan, I appreciate Gov. Perry's example of leadership for CC.

Here's the interview if anyone's interested. Part about the gun starts about 5:35 in, and it seems like they're past by about 5:36. Slight exaggeration, but surprisingly, nobody, not even Kimmel, made a big deal about the "I do interviews with a gun" statement.
