Lowjiber New member Apr 5, 2012 #5 I mean no disrespect...period. However, I've never even heard of a "tactical pen". What do you do with it...write your congressman? Does one carry the "tactical pen" concealed, or is open-carry the preferred method? Again, I mean no disrespect. I just think it's a "novel" marketing ploy.
